Appearance: Sometimes deathly pale, other times he looks bright and chipper, he was once rumored to be a werewolf or even a vampire because of his tendency of being a very nocturnal sort of person. Bright blue eyes that are nearly white in color and an aristocratic face give him his "swoon" quality, but Evan likes to tease both sexes just because he can. He averages close to six feet tall with a slightly muscular build.
Personality: Evan can be extremely callous and condescending at times, leaving other students wondering if he was sorted in the wrong house. He possesses many of the Slytherin qualities such as a low tolerance for failure and a dislike for Half Bloods and Muggle born, but he rarely brings that subject up as he has a few friends who aren't of Pureblood descent like himself. Whether they are real friends or merely just those he keeps close enough to use them is a different story to be debated. Evan has a wicked tongue at times, his voice expressing the sweetest words or the most venomous ones. He fancies himself a pretty boy, using his charm and appeal to to get students of both sexes to play his minions. Charismatic, he can whip a crowd into frenzy or smooth over tension veryy easily.
History: Evan was born into a pureblooded family of Welsh decent, the only child of Sebastian and Arlaina Rosier. His father once worked for a task force that rounded up dangerous dark creatures but when he was left crippled by a run in with a werewolf and his leg nearly torn off, Evan started his campaign against dark creatures, using funds from the family's large estate. Eventually he let it die down as he lost interested after his third year at Hogwarts, but he never forgot his hatred for such creatures.
Accomplish in Charms and Transfiguration, Evan found his was exceptionally good in Defense Against the Dart Arts. Getting O's in Charms and Transfiguration and an E in DADA on his OWL's, he moved on to the advanced NEWT courses when he began his 6th year. An aquaintance of Snape and his fellow Slytherins, sometimes, Evan wonders if he was sorted into the wrong house, seeing as how he has more in common with them than his own house.
